Trainee Financial Adviser | Workplace Pensions & Employee Benefits
I’m currently working with an established Financial Planning business that is looking to bring in a Trainee Financial Adviser to join their growing team.
This would suit someone already working in Financial Services, such as an IFA Administrator, Paraplanner, Pensions Administrator or Employee Benefits Consultant, who is looking to move towards a career in Financial Advice.
The role will involve:
• Supporting Advisers with workplace pension schemes and employee benefits
• Helping with client reviews, pension governance meetings and presentations
• Supporting Group Life, Income Protection and PMI arrangements
• Preparing reports, meeting packs and client communications
• Liaising with providers, insurers, HR and payroll teams
• Attending client meetings and workshops alongside experienced Advisers
You’ll receive structured training, mentoring and support towards professional qualifications, including the CII Diploma.
There’s a clear long-term pathway into a fully qualified Financial Adviser role, with the opportunity to eventually build and manage your own client bank.
