MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED – North West 🔧 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager on behalf of a well-established Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a reputable contractor with a strong presence in the industry and a portfolio of commercial projects. 🔧 The Role: * Managing mechanical projects from inception through to completion. * Overseeing mechanical installations on commercial projects. * Managing site teams, subcontractors and labour resources. * Coordinating with clients, consultants and other trades. * Monitoring project budgets, costs and programme deadlines. * Ensuring all works meet relevant regulations, quality standards and health and safety requirements. * Attending progress meetings and providing regular project updates. ✅ The Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E or building services sector. * Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical installations, including HVAC, pipework and plant systems. * Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. * Experience managing project budgets, programmes and subcontractors. * Relevant mechanical or building services qualifications. * A proactive approach with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. 📍 Location: North West 🏢 Employer: Well-established M&E contractor 💼 Position: Senior Mechanical Project Manager 💰 Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience 📅 Start Date: Negotiable Interested in your next career move?
