Location: East Midlands (Hybrid)

An established East Midlands law firm is seeking an ambitious Civil Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a clear route to Partnership and the chance to help shape and develop a thriving department.

The Role:

Managing a broad caseload of civil litigation matters, including:

• Property and boundary disputes
• Landlord & tenant matters
• Contract disputes
• Debt recovery
• Professional negligence claims
• Commercial and general civil litigation

You will also supervise junior team members, support business development activities, and build strong client relationships.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
• Strong Civil Litigation experience
• Property Litigation experience advantageous
• Able to manage a caseload independently
• Previous supervision or mentoring experience preferred
• Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
• Ambitious and keen to progress towards Partnership
