Mobile Cleaning Manager – Glasgow & West Lothian Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum Location: Glasgow Package: Company Car | Flexible Working Hours Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time FM Search & Select are recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial sites across Glasgow and West Lothian. This is a mobile management role suited to someone with a strong background in contract cleaning who is confident managing teams, maintaining standards and building relationships with clients. The position offers flexibility around working hours, although occasional evening work will be required to support site operations. The Role * Oversee the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services across multiple sites * Manage, support and motivate cleaning teams to maintain high standards * Carry out regular site inspections, cleaning audits and quality checks * Ensure cleaning standards meet client expectations and contractual requirements * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and site contacts * Manage staffing levels, rotas, absence and holiday cover * Support recruitment, onboarding and training of cleaning operatives * Address performance issues and implement improvements where required * Complete audit reports, site documentation and other administrative tasks * Ensure Health & Safety procedures and cleaning standards are followed * Respond to operational issues and provide hands-on support when required What We're Looking For * Previous experience in a Cleaning Manager, Area Cleaning Manager or Mobile Cleaning Manager role * Experience managing cleaning teams across multiple sites * Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, procedures and Health & Safety * Proven experience carrying out cleaning audits and site inspections * Good computer skills, with the ability to complete reports, use email and work with Microsoft Office or similar systems * Confident dealing directly with clients and managing expectations * Strong organisational and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and manage a busy portfolio * Flexibility to occasionally work evenings when required * Full UK driving licence What's on Offer? * Salary up to £35,000, depending on experience * Company car * Flexible working hours * Mobile role covering from Glasgow to West Lothian * Varied role with responsibility for multiple sites * Opportunity to join an established cleaning operations team Interested?
