About the Role: A well-established food manufacturing business is seeking a professional and safety-conscious Driver to operate a 3.5-tonne Van in East Anglia. You will be the face of the business, responsible for delivering goods on schedule, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Benefits: * 33 days annual leave, inclusive of Bank holidays * Enhanced sick pay after one year of service * Staff discount on products * Employee discount platform * Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and HR support * Free onsite parking * PPE provided * Uniform provided Key Responsibilities: * Deliver products safely and on time while following UK road regulations. * Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally. * Safely load, secure, and unload goods with care. * Complete delivery records and paperwork accurately. * Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly. * Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items and highlight stock issues. * Ensure customer feedback is communicated with HO. * Comply with drivers' hours regulations and company procedures. * Maintain the security, cleanliness, and presentation of your vehicle at all times. Requirements: * Valid right to work in the UK * Full UK Category B driving licence held for at least 2 years. * Clean licence or no more than 3 penalty points (no major endorsements) * Previous experience driving commercial vans or completing multi-drop deliveries. * Strong attention to detail when completing delivery records and paperwork. * Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (up to 25kg). * Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering great service
