The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity for a Planning Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly regarded Exeter team, advising public and private sector clients on major infrastructure, regeneration, residential and commercial development projects.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and negotiate Section 106 and Section 278 agreements
• Advise on planning applications, strategy and development risk
• Support national infrastructure projects and Development Consent Orders
• Work closely with the Real Estate team on major developments

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• 4+ PQE
• Experience in planning law
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills
