Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Infrastructure (Sellafield) Location: Sellafield, Cumbria Salary: Circa £70,000 - £80,000 + package Job Type: Permanent About the Role TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor. This is a key commercial role within the project team, responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the commercial management of major infrastructure works from award through to final account Prepare and manage valuations, cost reports and forecasts Manage subcontractor and supply chain packages, including procurement and payments Administer change control, variations and compensation events Identify commercial risks and opportunities and support their resolution Support the project team with commercial strategy and reportingRequirements Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within civils or infrastructure Strong understanding of NEC contracts Experience on major projects or within regulated environments Excellent analytical, commercial and communication skillsHow to Apply To apply or find out more, please contact Leon at TRIbuild Solutions
