Registered Manager | Multi-Site Supported Living £51,000 per annum We’re recruiting a Registered Manager to oversee two large supported living sites supporting adults with learning disabilities and relatively low care needs. Joining an established charity, you’ll lead services where the focus is on independence, choice and community involvement. The role You’ll take responsibility for quality, compliance and team leadership across both sites, ensuring support promotes independence while remaining safe and responsive to individual needs. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching and developing teams across two large supported living sites. Promoting person-centred support that gives people control over their daily lives. Maintaining strong standards of safeguarding, governance and CQC compliance. Overseeing staffing and resources to deliver consistent, effective support. Building positive relationships with the people supported, their families and external professionals.
