Cast UK are partnering with a leading specialist supplier of sustainable packaging solutions, supporting customers across the food-to-go and catering sectors, who are recruiting an additional team member for a Telesales & Customer Service Executive role.

The role requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal, exceptional customer service and sales skills. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cross-selling/upselling to increase basket size and provide attentive and personalised assistance to incoming customer enquiries. You will also be required to make outbound calls to promote the products and services of the company.

For this role, we're looking for someone who is commercially driven and sales-hungry, with a proactive, outbound approach to business development and a strong desire to generate new opportunities and drive sales growth.

KeyResponsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure
• Process orders via online platforms, email, and
• Build and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and new business.
• Generate leads and support business development
• Track and manage sampling requests using CRM
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, competitors, and market
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality customer service and meet sales

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• The ability to manage a high volume of administrative tasks and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong upselling and cross-selling abilities.
• A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
• The ability to work closely with the Procurement team to prepare and submit quotations for bespoke and branded product enquiries.
• A strong commercial focus, with responsibility for actively following up submitted quotations and converting opportunities into customer orders.
• Supporting the Telesales Team leader.
