The Opportunity As Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships and creating the commercial framework required to support long-term success. Key Responsibilities Commercial Leadership Own the commercial performance and growth of the embedded finance proposition. Develop and execute the commercial strategy. Create scalable routes to market. Deliver agreed revenue, origination and growth targets.Partnership Development Identify, secure and manage key strategic partnerships. Negotiate commercial agreements and frameworks. Build relationships across lenders, brokers, introducers, distributors and ecosystem partners. Act as an external ambassador for the business.Revenue Generation & Growth Develop pricing strategies and commercial structures. Drive customer acquisition initiatives. Identify new market opportunities and routes to growth. Monitor market trends and competitive developments.Commercial Operations Establish commercial processes, governance and reporting. You will likely bring: Significant commercial leadership experience. A proven track record of launching, scaling or commercialising new propositions. Strong partnership development and revenue generation experience. Experience within Financial Services, FinTech, Lending, Mortgages, Embedded Finance or PropTech. Experience operating within high-growth, entrepreneurial or scale-up environments. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
