What are we looking for? We are looking for individuals who have: * A Level 2 NVQ or above qualification in Child Care * Excellent communication skills with children, staff and parents * A good working knowledge of the EYFS * A clear understanding of all relevant safeguarding legislation * The ability to assist the Room Leader and management in providing good-quality care and education * Experience of key groups Ready to join the Little Bear’s family?
