We are looking for an Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. As the Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor, will be responsible for: * Ensure all equipment and services are kept and functioning safely and efficiently. * Lead and supervise a team of day engineers and shift engineers, ensuring performance standards and KPIs are achieved. * Ensure all planned maintenance activities are completed in line with scheduled dates. * Prioritise Statutory and Mandatory maintenance tasks and ensure reactive tasks are completed within required priorities. * Maintain compliance standards and accurately record work using IT systems and reporting tools. To be successful for this Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor role you must have: * NVQ level 3 Electrical Installation * Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship. * HVAP qualification with relevant high-voltage experience . * IEE 18th Edition Regulations (ideal). * IOSH Managing Safely certification. * Equivalent mechanical qualifications will also be considered with the appropriate level of experience.
