Interim Senior HR Business Partner-RegionalHatfield | Multi-Site | Initial 4 Months | Potential Extension/Possible Permanent OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Interim Senior HR Business Partner to support a regional network of distribution centres across the South of England and Wales.This is a hands-on, operational HR leadership role partnering senior site leaders and leading people activity across a fast-paced, multi-site environment.Key responsibilities include:

• Senior stakeholder partnering and operational HR support
• Leading and developing a small HR team
• Complex employee relations and trade union engagement
• Employee engagement and colleague communications
• Coaching and developing line managers
• Talent, succession and development
• Supporting performance and organisational priorities
• Ensuring consistent application of HR policies and employment legislation

We're looking for:

• Ideally Qualified to level 7 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
• Strong HRBP experience in a fast-paced, multi-site operational environment
• Logistics, distribution or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong ER and trade union experience
• A pragmatic, commercial and hands-on approach
• Flexibility to travel across southern England and Wales

The role is based in Hatfield with regional travel on average once per week.Initially a 4-month interim assignment, with the potential to extend to 6 months and the possibility of becoming permanent.
