Dual Skilled - Maintenance Team Member Location: Liverpool, L15 4LD Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: Rolling Contract Rullion are looking for talented Dual Skilled Maintenance Team Members with mechanical / electrical skills to join our team at Liverpool Train Care Depot. This is a fantastic chance to grow your career in rolling stock maintenance, while working with a friendly, supportive, and highly skilled team. Shift pattern - 3-Shift Roster (Days & Nights) 4 day or 5 day week / (7:00 - 16:00). Night shifts are currently 1 week block of shifts in around 8-week rotation (4 Nights). Pay rates (3-Shift): First 12 weeks: PAYE £24.96 p/h / Umbrella £31.88 p/h After 12 weeks: PAYE £28.34 p/h / Umbrella £38.18 p/h IR35 status: Inside IR35 (PAYE & Umbrella only) Equipment: PPE provided by Rullion, tooling provided by client Your role: Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be a member of the team, responsible for: Servicing, maintaining, and repairing high-profile rolling stock fleets Working to service and modify the arm rests on the fleet. Fault finding, diagnosing and resolving faults Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Supporting continuous improvements in quality and performance About you: A recognised ONC/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification is essential. Experience in Rolling Stock, Aerospace, Military Engineering, Automotive, or other large-scale transport sectors Strong mechanical / electrical fault-finding skills Flexibility to work shifts (including nights and weekends if required) Reside in the North-West region (due to travel time and fatigue considerations) Important: A strict Drug & Alcohol policy applies - testing will be required prior to start.
