We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Flexo Print Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking to secure long-term employment with a growing company. * Location: Henfield * Pay Rate: £12.77 per hour * Hours: 40 hours per week * Contract type: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Duties Include: * Operating a Cooper Flexo Printing Machine to print paper and poly bags. * Setting up and monitoring print runs to ensure quality standards are met. * Picking and packing finished products ready for dispatch. * Assisting with general warehouse duties. * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. * Carrying out quality checks on completed products. What We're Looking For: * Previous printing, manufacturing, or warehouse experience desirable. * Good attention to detail and quality standards. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude. * Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
