People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Nuneaton.

Monday to Friday | AM & PM Shifts | Weekly Pay | Overtime Available | Full Training | No Experience Required

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Picker Packer, Order Picker, Packing Operative or Warehouse Assistant.

Shifts

• Monday to Friday
• AM Shift: 06:00–14:30
• PM Shift: 14:30–23:00
• Full-time hours

Rates of Pay

• Hourly pay rate to be confirmed
• Weekly pay
• Overtime available

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Operating handheld scanners and pump trucks
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Supporting general warehouse operations
• Completing other duties as required

Essential Skills

• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Reliable and punctual attitude
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail while working at pace
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• No previous warehouse experience required

Desirable Experience

• Previous warehouse or picking and packing experience
• Experience using handheld scanners or pump trucks

Training Provided

• Full training provided
• Ongoing support throughout your assignment
