Family Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive (2+ PQE)

A well-established and highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing team in Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious family lawyer to handle a quality caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment. The team enjoys a strong reputation in the local market and is known for delivering exceptional client care across a broad range of family matters.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of privately funded family matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Private children matters
• Cohabitation and relationship disputes
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Domestic abuse and injunction applications

You will also have the opportunity to develop strong client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and play a key role in the continued growth of the department.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years' PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Experience handling a broad range of family law matters
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
