The firm is known for a collaborative, approachable culture and learning and development programmes that are second to none.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to look beyond technical HR advice to add value to the business
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- The ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences
- A collaborative, flexible approach and a willingness to contribute to the wider HR team
