The Role: Teaching Assistant - Complex Disabilities & SEMH in Gainsborough This is a fulfilling and hands-on opportunity within specialist school settings in Gainsborough, supporting pupils with complex disabilities, additional needs and SEMH. You will play a key role in both classroom and pastoral support, helping pupils engage in activities, build confidence, develop positive relationships and feel safe and secure in their environment.
