Duration: 4-Week Temporary Position
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable individual to join our client, a busy car service centre in Coulsdon for a 4-week temporary assignment.

This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, providing excellent service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers visiting the service centre

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming telephone calls and take accurate messages.
• Welcome and greet customers upon arrival.
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and provide a warm, professional service.
• Host customers while they wait for their vehicle service or repair.
• Offer refreshments, including tea, coffee, and cold drinks.
• Keep the customer waiting area and coffee station clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the day.
• Ensure refreshments and supplies are replenished as required.
• Provide general administrative assistance where needed.

About You:

• Friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Well-presented and reliable.
• Comfortable answering telephones and interacting with customers.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Previous reception, hospitality, customer service, or front-of-house experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
