A well-established London construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The successful Quantity Surveyor will work across Residential Property, Healthcare, Education and Public Sector projects for a diverse mix of prestigious clients. The Quantity Surveyor's Role The Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects across both pre- and post-contract stages, supporting clients from initial feasibility and cost planning through procurement, construction and final account. Working closely with senior members of the team, the Quantity Surveyor will be trusted to manage client relationships, provide clear commercial advice and maintain control of project costs throughout delivery. This is also a role for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who wants to contribute beyond day-to-day project work. The Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to support new client relationships, strengthen existing accounts and play a visible part in the continued growth of the consultancy. The Quantity Surveyor Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar Strong UK PQS / consultancy experience Good pre- and post-contract knowledge Residential, Healthcare, Education or Public Sector experience Confident with cost planning and tendering Experience with valuations and final accounts Good knowledge of JCT contracts MRICS or working towards chartership Strong client-facing communication skills Commercially aware and well organised Comfortable managing projects independently Ambitious and interested in business growthIn Return £55,000 - £65,000 per annum London-based role Varied multi-sector project portfolio Prestigious client exposure Strong project ownership Opportunity to support business growth Professional development and APC support Clear progression towards Senior Quantity Surveyor Close working relationship with senior leadershipIf you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, please contact Dan McEvoy at Brandon James.
