Chef de Partie – Modern British Restaurant

Join a multi-Rosette restaurant near Braintree, serving seasonal Modern British food. We’re looking for a confident Chef de Partie to take ownership of a section and help deliver consistently high-quality dishes in a supportive, professional kitchen.

What you’ll do

• Run your section during service and maintain high standards of preparation and presentation
• Prepare fresh, seasonal ingredients and contribute to a changing Modern British menu
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
• Help support and guide junior team members
• Keep your section organised, clean and compliant with food safety standards

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Chef de Partie, or as a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Background in a fresh-food or fine-dining kitchen
• Good organisation, reliability and communication
• A positive, flexible approach and pride in your work
• A genuine interest in seasonal Modern British cooking
