Are you an experienced Operations, Project or Programme Manager looking for your next challenge?

We are recruiting for an experienced professional to join a busy and collaborative organisation in Oxford on an ongoing temporary basis. This hybrid role will see you coordinating projects, managing stakeholders and ensuring key programmes and operational activities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects and workstreams.
• Monitor project plans, milestones, risks and budgets.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Produce reports and updates for senior stakeholders.
• Support governance, compliance and operational processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Coordinate meetings, actions and communications between departments.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges.

About You

• Previous experience in Operations Management, Project Management or Programme Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience producing reports and managing project plans.
• Comfortable working across different teams and influencing stakeholders.
