An established Ayrshire firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team. This is a succession planning role, offering a clear route to progression for an early-career solicitor keen to build their future with a firm that genuinely values its people.

The role

You’ll work on a range of commercial property transactions, building towards managing matters from instruction through to settlement. With guidance from experienced colleagues, you’ll take on your own caseload and develop relationships with clients across the region.

The role is designed to grow with you, giving you increasing responsibility as your confidence and experience develop.

About you

This role would suit a solicitor who:

• Is NQ to 4 years PQE
• Has some exposure to commercial property work, or a keen interest in developing in this area
• Is looking for a long-term role with genuine progression
• Is organised, proactive and client-focused

Solicitors with less direct commercial property experience are encouraged to apply, as full support and training will be provided.
