What will you do as an Operations Assistant

• Checking and approving invoices
• Oversee document validation, data accuracy and filing
• Assist with managing the customer service inbox
• Processing customer orders
• Support the sales team with administration, including pricing and quotations
• Categorise orders to ensure sales data is accurate

What will you need to be an Operations Assistant

• Worked within a D2C or B2B consumer led busines
• Intermediate Excel Skills
• Happy to be based onsite for the first 6 weeks
• Experience processing wholesale orders
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
