• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyse market share, competitors and conduct brand performance analysis.
• Support compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand financial impacts of operations.
• Oversee and maintain accurate financial records.
• System improvements.
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects as required.

Profile

A successful Commercial Analyst should have:

• Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• A strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage but not essential.
• The ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• A professional accounting qualification or part-qualification is preferred.

Job Offer

A salary of up to £55,000, hybrid working and benefits.

This role is a 12 month maternity cover, with an attended start date of December.
