We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join the Catalogue Marketing team at a major global music company, helping bring incredible music to life through physical releases.

From vinyl and CDs to special editions and catalogue reissues, you'll play a key role in getting music products from initial concept through to release.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating physical music releases, keeping projects on track from start to finish.

• Working with production teams, designers, studios and archives to bring releases together.

• Researching catalogue opportunities, artwork, audio assets and product information.

• Managing release schedules, tracking deadlines and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Collaborating with Sales, Digital, Marketing and International teams to support successful launches.

• Helping ensure every release has the right assets, information and attention to detail.

What we're looking for:

You'll be super organised, proactive and detail-driven, with a natural ability to manage multiple moving parts and keep everyone in the loop.

Ideally, you'll bring experience in project coordination, product administration, music, entertainment or a similarly fast-paced environment.

A genuine passion for music and an interest in how physical releases come together would be a huge plus!
