Bystronic Press Brake Operator — Keighley, West Yorkshire Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire Job type: Permanent, full-time (assumed — confirm) Pay: Up to £16.00 per hour starting, plus weekly attendance bonus and overtime at enhanced rates Hours: 7:30am–4:00pm (Mon–Thurs), 7:30am–3:00pm (Fri). Overtime currently available from 6:00am on weekdays and Saturday mornings (6:00am–12:00pm). The opportunity ABS Talent is recruiting a Bystronic Press Brake Operator on behalf of a long-established commercial catering equipment manufacturer in Keighley. This is a busy, modern sheet-metal environment — a fibre laser feeding a bank of six press brakes — producing high-quality fabricated components for a well-known British manufacturing name with over 75 years in the trade. If you’ve got press brake experience and want a stable, permanent role with strong earning potential and regular overtime, this is well worth a look. The role * Operating Bystronic press brakes to bend and form sheet-metal components to drawing * Working from engineering drawings and job specifications * Selecting and setting tooling for the job * In-process checks to ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements * Working efficiently to production schedules in a busy fabrication shop * Maintaining a safe, tidy working area About you * Experience operating press brakes in a sheet-metal / fabrication environment * Bystronic experience an advantage * Able to read and interpret engineering drawings * A strong eye for accuracy and finish quality * Reliable, with a good attendance record (Attendance Bonus) * A positive team player happy in a fast-paced environment What’s on offer * Permanent role with a stable, established manufacturer * Up to £16.00/hr starting, weekly attendance bonus, enhanced overtime rates * Plenty of overtime available (early starts and Saturday mornings) * Day-based hours with an early Friday finish Interested?
