With a basic salary of £30k, you should realistically expect to be earning £60k+ a year, thanks to one of the most fantastic and achievable bonus structures I’ve seen! To be considered for this role, you must have sales experience, or been in a customer service role where you have to up-sell.

• Respond to inbound sales calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Identify customer needs, recommend, and accurately explain suitable services
• Input customer and booking information into Salesforce and schedule jobs
• Issue customer reports and invoices
• Process and record payments accurately
• General customer service and aftercare
• Other general ad-hoc support with daily operations
