Tiger Private are seeking an experienced and proactive Housekeeper to join a private family in Mayfair, London.
The family uses multiple apartments across different levels, and the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the properties to an exceptional standard. Working alongside an existing part-time Housekeeper, this role requires someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and can work collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the household.
The ideal candidate will be organised, discreet and flexible, with the ability to adapt their schedule and priorities around the family's requirements and the use of the properties.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining the apartments to an exceptional standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Carrying out daily housekeeping, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and maintaining all living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms.
Ensuring all properties are consistently presented to a high standard, ready for family use and guests.
Managing laundry, ironing, wardrobe care and the organisation of clothing and linens.
Keeping track of household supplies and ensuring cleaning products and essentials are well stocked.
Working collaboratively with the existing part-time Housekeeper to coordinate duties and maintain consistency across the properties.
Preparing rooms and living spaces ahead of family visits and guests, as required.
Maintaining a discreet and professional approach at all times, respecting the family's privacy.
Being flexible and responsive to changing household needs, including adjusting priorities and working patterns when required.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working as a Housekeeper in a private household or luxury residential environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautifully presented home.
Highly organised, reliable and able to manage responsibilities independently.
Discreet, trustworthy and respectful of confidentiality.
A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate household needs and take initiative.
A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively alongside existing household staff.
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to accommodate the family's changing schedule and requirements.
