A leading North West contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an office refurbishment project in Barrow-in-Furness. This is a fast-paced refurbishment scheme requiring an individual with strong organisational skills and previous experience delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects.

Your new role

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a live office refurbishment project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key duties will include:

Managing subcontractors and site labour
Overseeing health & safety and site compliance
Chairing site meetings and coordinating project activities
Managing programmes and reporting progress
Quality inspections and snag management
Liaising with the project team and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

SMSTS
CSCS Black Card
First Aid at Work
Previous experience managing commercial refurbishment or fit-out projects
Strong communication and leadership skills
Track record delivering projects to programme and budget
