£25,000 per annum + commission

Our client is seeking a motivated Travel / Admin Assistant to join their family-owned team! You will help customers plan and book their travel, provide tailored advice, and ensure arrangements are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and manage travel bookings and reservations.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel options.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
• Coordinate arrangements with suppliers where required.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Ensure customers receive a smooth and personalised service.

• Confident dealing with customers by telephone.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
• Friendly, professional, and reliable.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
