This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical estimating background who thrives in a fast-track environment, enjoys working to tight deadlines and wants to be part of a business delivering high-quality projects from pre-construction through to completion. 🔧 The Role: * Preparing accurate mechanical estimates and cost plans for Design & Build projects. * Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation. * Producing detailed take-offs and bills of quantities. * Obtaining and reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations. * Identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions. * Working closely with the design, commercial and project delivery teams. * Managing multiple tenders and deadlines in a fast-track environment. ✅ The Package: * Competitive salary, dependent on experience. * Performance-related bonus. * Hybrid working. * Travel expenses fully paid. * Opportunity to join an ambitious and growing contractor. 👷 The Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator within the M&E / MEP industry. * Experience pricing Design & Build projects. * Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations. * Comfortable working in a fast-track environment with tight tender deadlines. * Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail. 📩 Interested?
