We are seeking a motivated Semi Senior Accountant with practice experience to join a supportive and friendly accountancy team. This is a varied role offering exposure across bookkeeping, accounts preparation, and tax, with strong opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping for a range of clients (monthly and quarterly, including VAT returns).
• Preparing draft accounts through to completion.
• Assisting with personal and business tax returns.
• Working with a wide variety of clients, from sole traders to SMEs.
• Using accounting software such as Xero, Iris, and QuickBooks.

About You:

• 12–18 months’ experience within an accountancy practice.
• Part-qualified (AAT Level 3, early ACCA or ACA).
• Confident communicator, comfortable with client interaction.
• Strong attention to detail and good work ethic.
• Experience with Xero, Iris, and/or QuickBooks preferred.
