About the Role

Working alongside class teachers and the wider school team, you'll support pupils both in the classroom and through targeted interventions.

Your responsibilities could include:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping deliver engaging learning activities
• Supporting children with literacy, numeracy and wider curriculum learning
• Running or assisting with targeted interventions
• Supporting pupils with SEN, communication or behavioural needs
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
• Preparing classroom resources and activities
• Providing feedback to teachers on pupil progress
• Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
