The Role

As a Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will work on a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes, advising a broad range of clients including:

• Commercial landlords and tenants
• Property developers
• Major retailers
• Property investors
• High-net-worth individuals and families
• Residential property owners

You will be involved in a range of property litigation and real estate disputes, gaining exposure to complex and high value matters while developing your technical and client management skills.

You will work closely with a supportive and experienced Partner who will provide hands-on mentoring, guidance and support as you develop your career.

About You

We are looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Property Litigation who is keen to develop their career within a leading regional team.

You should have:

• Newly Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive status
• Experience or training in Property Litigation
• Strong interest in developing a career as a property disputes specialist
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A commercial and practical approach to resolving disputes
• Ambition to progress within a highly regarded legal team
