Junior / Mid-Level Proclaim Developer
9-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Liverpool | Hybrid Working
Standard 8 are working with an established business in the legal sector that's looking for a Junior or Mid-Level Proclaim Developer to join its team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone who's already gained some hands-on experience with Proclaim and wants to build on it in a busy, supportive environment.
You don't need to be an expert in every aspect of the system. What matters is that you've got a good understanding of Proclaim development, enjoy solving problems and are keen to develop your technical skills.
You'll be joining a business where Proclaim plays a big part in day-to-day operations, giving you the chance to get involved in a good mix of development, system improvements and technical support.
What you'll be doing
You'll be working on the development and ongoing improvement of the Proclaim case management system, helping to make processes more efficient and supporting the teams that use it every day.
Depending on your experience, you'll get involved in things like:
You won't be expected to know how to do everything from day one. There's plenty of scope to develop your knowledge and take on more responsibility as your confidence grows.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who's had some commercial exposure to Proclaim development and is ready to take the next step.
You might be a Junior Developer looking to broaden your experience, or a Mid-Level Developer who wants to get involved in a wider range of projects.
Ideally, you'll have experience with some of the following:
You don't need to tick every box.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, Jotform or more complex integrations would be a bonus, but we're not expecting someone at this level to have mastered all of them.
If you've got a solid foundation in Proclaim, can work through problems logically and are willing to learn, we'd be interested in having a conversation.
Experience in a legal environment would be useful, but it's not essential.
The opportunity
This is a chance to build your Proclaim development experience in a business where the technology is genuinely important.
You'll be working with an established platform, getting exposure to different areas of development and building your skills through practical, hands-on work.
There's a good variety of work to get involved in, from smaller system changes and troubleshooting through to more involved development tasks as your experience grows.
For someone who's still developing their technical skillset, it's an opportunity to gain valuable experience without being expected to have all the answers straight away.
