Group Payroll Manager - Ross and Wye - Hybrid working

Reputable organisation based in Ross and Wye currently recruiting for a Group Payroll Manager to join them on a 6 Months plus interim basis. The successful candidate will need to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Manage a medium sized Team
• Deal with stakeholders and resolving complex queries.
• Manage weekly and monthly payroll
• Dealing with payroll and benefit queries including SMP, SSP, Tax, Medical benefits etc.
• Reporting on payroll costs and payroll reconciliations for the finance team to allocate
• Payroll project implementation

The Group Payroll Manager will often be the first point of escalation and will need to be proactive, able to problem solve, identifying, analysing and documenting issues and driving resolution.

Candidates need to be deadline driven and demonstrate a strong technical knowledge across UK payrolls.
