A leading digital agency is looking for a Digital Strategist to join their growing London team.

This is an opportunity for someone who loves brands, culture and digital innovation to take ownership of strategy across a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll be working with globally recognised brands, helping shape how they show up across search, social, content, influencer marketing, digital PR and emerging AI platforms.

The role would suit someone currently sitting in a strategist, planner or integrated strategy position who enjoys connecting insights, audience behaviour and digital trends to create impactful campaigns and recommendations.

The Opportunity

You'll own strategic workstreams from insight through to recommendation, leading client conversations and helping brands navigate a rapidly changing digital landscape.

Working alongside specialists across content, social, search, influencer and AI, you'll develop integrated strategies that drive visibility, engagement and long-term brand growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing insight-led digital and brand strategies
• Leading client presentations and strategic workshops
• Turning audience, search, social and cultural insights into actionable recommendations
• Identifying emerging trends across digital, media, culture and AI
• Supporting pitches and new business initiatives
• Working across multiple sectors and audiences
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class strategic thinking
• Contributing to thought leadership around AI, digital and consumer behaviour

About You

• 4-6 years' experience in a strategy, planning or digital strategy role
• Agency experience preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including search, social, content and influencer
• Naturally curious about culture, audiences and consumer behaviour
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• Confident presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear strategic direction
• Self-starter who is proactive, organised and commercially aware
• Experience within luxury brands is highly advantageous
