We are working with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Haverhill seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to join their team immediately on a temporary basis.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
• Plan, prepare and assess work in line with the national curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)

Has experience teaching English at secondary level

Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Is passionate about raising attainment and inspiring a love of English

Can start immediately and commit to a full-time role
