Are you an experienced Site Manager, Caretaker, or Facilities Professional looking for your next opportunity in education?

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager to join a friendly Primary School in Northwich for a 6-week temporary assignment, starting as soon as possible.

Working Hours

Split Shift:

• 6:30am - 10:00am
• 3:00pm - 6:00pm
• Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Opening and locking the school premises
• Ensuring the school site is safe, secure, and well-maintained
• Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance tasks
• Supporting health and safety compliance across the site
• Monitoring contractors and visitors on site
• General caretaking and facilities duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for pupils and staff

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Caretaker, Facilities Assistant, or Maintenance Operative
• Good practical and DIY skills
• Strong understanding of site security and health & safety procedures
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to obtain one
