Looking for a graduate recruitment job in London with proper training, strong earning potential and a clear route to promotion?

Edmund & Evans are partnering with a highly respected Financial Services recruitment consultancy to hire a new Graduate Recruitment Consultant.

This is a boutique team of just 15 people. You won’t be one of 50 graduates on a large training scheme. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters, receive training directly from one of the owners and start working on real assignments from the beginning.

Make three successful placements and you can progress from Associate to Consultant.

The Business

For over 15 years, the company has recruited across Financial Services, Accountancy & Finance, Interim Recruitment and Executive Search.

Clients include investment firms, wealth managers, banks, insurers, FinTech companies and private equity-backed businesses.

It is a small, successful team with an excellent reputation and a strong focus on developing people from within.

Once established, many Consultants earn an additional £750–£1,000 per month through the bonus scheme.

The Opportunity

Your first six to nine months will focus on learning recruitment properly.

You’ll receive structured training while working alongside experienced consultants on live Financial Services roles.

You’ll learn how to find and approach strong candidates, interview them, understand what they want from their career and manage them through the recruitment process.

As you develop, you’ll take on more responsibility, manage your own vacancies and begin building client relationships.

The long-term aim is simple: build your own specialist market, client base and career.

• Finding and speaking with finance professionals
• Building long-term candidate relationships
• Supporting live recruitment assignments
• Interviewing and assessing candidates
• Managing interviews, feedback and offers
• Learning the Financial Services market
• Building relationships with clients
• Working towards managing your own recruitment desk

You’ll gain exposure to experienced professionals and senior hiring managers early in your career.

No recruitment or Financial Services experience is required.

Experience in sales, hospitality, estate agency, retail, events or another customer-facing role can be useful but isn’t essential.
