We are working with a rapidly growing fit out contractor already building a strong reputation, repeat clients and a growing pipeline of work. They are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join the team. Despite being a relatively young business, they are already winning projects against leading contractors and delivering schemes up to £5m. This is an opportunity for a rising star or someone who wants genuine responsibility, autonomy and the chance to grow with an ambitious business. The Role Full ownership of fit out projects up to £5m. Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion. Lead subcontractors, suppliers and project teams. Manage programme, quality, H&S and commercial performance. Build strong client and stakeholder relationships. Take ownership of project decisions and delivery. Tender/pre-construction experience desirable. About You We're looking for an ambitious Project Manager with commercial fit out experience who wants to take the next step. You'll need to be confident, commercially aware, client-facing and comfortable working with full autonomy. Strong Senior Construction Managers ready to step up will also be considered. Testimonial from a placed candidate in the business: "They are genuinely one of the most internally organised and personable companies I've worked at. Despite being a newer and smaller fit out contractor, they come across like a larger organisation, with Tier 1 processes, strong collaboration between teams and a proper HR setup. Ownership is a huge part of the culture. I joined as a Senior Construction Manager with the view to step into a Project Manager role and they have truly let me run with it. I've got full autonomy over subcontractors, sign-offs, permits and RAMS, and can run my own project the way I see fit. They've built a personable culture, with regular social events and opportunities for employees to share their thoughts and ideas. One thing that really stands out is the easy communication with Director level. Since joining, I've had three sit-downs with the Directors to discuss how I'm getting on, any support I need and where I can continue improving. Overall, I'm very happy and looking forward to the future." If this sounds interesting, apply with an up to date copy of your CV or contact Cameron Moore for a confidential conversation
