Your new role

• Maintain regular contact with customers to understand upcoming maintenance, servicing and equipment support needs.
• You will be the link between the sales and admin support teams and act as a point of contact to look after the accounts
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with both active and inactive customers, ensuring consistent levels of support.
• Provide information and guidance on parts availability, maintenance planning, inspections and support services.
• Help customers prepare for seasonal activity by coordinating maintenance requirements and ensuring necessary support is in place.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer enquiries and support requests are handled efficiently.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to help enhance service delivery and overall customer experience.
• Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving issues where possible or directing them to the appropriate team.
• Support administrative activities including quotations, order processing, follow-up actions and record management.
• Maintain accurate customer information, service records and communication logs in line with company procedures.
• Assist with identifying and coordinating customer support activities that contribute to long-term equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
