As Client Director you'll have responsibility for senior client management for larger and more complex risks, new business development as well as sharing your experience with your colleagues.

You'll have a substantial portfolio of complex Commercial clients, leading relationships with larger businesses, and you'll inherit an established book with significant income.

As Client Director your responsibilities will include:

• Lead relationships with larger Commercial clients, advising on complex Insurance requirements and overseeing the delivery of their Insurance programmes.
• Lead renewal discussions with Insurers and Broking colleagues on coverage, placement strategy and negotiations.
• Play an active role in tendering for new business, delivering pitches and helping secure larger Commercial accounts.
• Work towards a new business target while retaining and developing your existing portfolio.
• Mentor Account Executives and providing guidance on more challenging accounts.

To be a successful Client Director you will demonstrate:

• Strong Commercial broking experience, managing larger and complex Commercial risks.
• Confidence discussing complex coverage requirements and challenging programme structures with clients and Insurers.
• Credibility with senior client relationships.
• Experience with competitive tenders for larger Commercial Insurance opportunities.
• Strong track record of retaining and developing an established book while generating new business.
• Successful mentoring of other Account Executives.
