JOB TITLE: Part-Time Recruitment Assistant

LOCATION: Canterbury, Kent (free parking on site)

SALARY: £14ph

TERM: 3 months +

HOURS: 3 days a week, 9am to 5pm (could be flexible)

Are you available immediately and looking for temporary work? Office Angels are proud to be supporting this expanding business in recruiting a Recruitment Assistant to help with a large recruitment drive from now until the end of January. You will be based in central Canterbury, close to local bus and train stations but with the added bonus of free parking on site.

The key duties and requirements are:

• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates against job requirements.
• Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and company websites.
• Source candidates using databases, LinkedIn, and candidate networks.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate candidate availability.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and pre-interview assessments.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate records.
• Manage candidate documentation, DBS checks, references, and right-to-work checks.
• Liaise with hiring managers regarding recruitment progress and candidate feedback.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare offer letters and support on boarding administration.
