Private Client Solicitor – Birmingham

An established Legal 200 law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor Associate to join its friendly and experienced team in Worcester.

This role offers the chance to handle a varied caseload while working with individuals, families, business owners, agricultural clients and high-net-worth clients.

The Role

As a Private Client Solicitor within this team, you will take responsibility for your own matters, advising on areas including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts
• Powers of attorney
• Complex private client matters

You’ll have direct client contact, work alongside experienced lawyers and have the opportunity to build lasting professional relationships.

There will also be opportunities to get involved in business development and networking, helping to grow your profile within the local professional community.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years’ PQE in private client law
• Experience managing a varied caseload independently
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Excellent communication and client-care abilities
• A confident, commercially aware approach
• STEP qualification or a willingness to work towards it
