Estimator required to join one of Bristol's leading contractors, pricing a varied portfolio of projects typically valued £5m-£10m, with larger schemes up to £25m. Seeking a commercially astute construction professional with strong tendering experience and a proactive approach. * Prepare competitive tenders for new build and refurbishment projects * Produce accurate cost plans and tender submissions * Review drawings, specifications and contract documents * Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations * Identify value engineering opportunities * Attend pre-tender and client meetings * Assess project risks and opportunities * Work closely with operational and commercial teams * Support bid presentations and negotiations * Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners Requirements * Proven Estimating experience with a main contractor * Experience pricing projects from £5m-£10m, ideally up to £25m * New build and refurbishment project experience * Strong commercial and analytical skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities * Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Excellent salary, benefits and long-term career prospects with a highly respected regional contractor
