Our client is a highly regarded Thames Valley law firm seeking an experienced residential property fee earner to join its friendly, close-knit team of three.

This is an opportunity to join an established practice offering quality work, strong support and genuine work-life balance, without the pressure of volume-driven conveyancing.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, covering freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages and transfers of equity.

You’ll benefit from experienced administrative and post-completion support, modern case management systems and a collaborative team environment.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX/FILEX or experienced conveyancing fee earner
• Confident managing your own residential property caseload
• Strong technical knowledge and client care skills
• Organised, commercially aware and comfortable working independently
