RG Consultancy are proud to be working with a successful facilities management company in Knowsley to help recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their supportive team on a full-time permeant basis.

Duties include:

Key responsibilities:

• Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices
• Credit control and chasing outstanding payments
• Reconciling statements and resolving invoice queries
• Bank reconciliations
• Assisting with month end procedures
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Preparing VAT information
• All other adhoc duties within the finance function
• Strong experience using accounting software such as SAP, SAGE, Excel
• Part/ qualified AAT is preferable but not necessary
• At least 2 years proven experience within a similar role
